Our villas are located approximately 3 km inside the property, surrounded by forest. Guests leave their vehicle at El Tigre Waterfalls reception, and our team provides the transfer to the villa in a 4x4 vehicle.

This private transfer is part of the experience and allows you to stay deep within the property without having to drive through the internal forest roads yourself.

Yes. Although the villas feel secluded and immersed in nature, you remain within the private El Tigre property and supported by our team.

The villas have Wi-Fi, backup internet, walkie-talkies, and access to our WhatsApp assistance line from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Our El Tigre Waterfalls reception and staff are also nearby and available to assist throughout the day.

Yes. Guests at El Tigre Hideaway have access to the trails and waterfalls of El Tigre Waterfalls included with their stay.

One of the greatest advantages of staying with us is being able to experience the property at quieter times of the day, when there are very few visitors around.

Our El Tigre restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch, and some nearby restaurants also offer delivery service to the property. In addition, the villas are fully equipped with kitchens, so you can prepare your own meals whenever you prefer.

If you would like something more special, we can also help arrange a private chef experience in advance.

Depending on your interests, you can enjoy hiking through waterfalls and hanging bridges, horseback riding, 4x4 transfers, Zipline Bike experiences and other activities offered through El Tigre Waterfalls.

Our team can help you organize your stay so you can combine relaxation at the villa with adventure in the forest.

Yes. Families are welcome, although guests should keep in mind that the property is located in a natural forest environment.

Children should be supervised around trails, balconies, water features and outdoor areas, just as they would be anywhere in the mountains.

Yes. Since your vehicle remains at reception, our team coordinates transportation between the villa and the main reception area when needed.

For that reason, it is helpful to communicate your plans with us in advance so we can make the experience as smooth as possible.
